I had to purchase these boots for my 17 year old son. He is taking building trades at the vocational school in our district. He has been coming home muddy but his feet are dry.

I work constrution in all kind of weather and my feet stay dry. This is my third pair in five years but i'm on hot asphalt alot in the summer and that is hard on the soles of the boot. The leather holds up real good. After a few months i spray mink oil on them to help keep them water proof.

This is the second pair my husband has ordered. He loves them, they do not slip on wet surfaces and the quality is great.
