I thought the boot would be higher on my ankle. It hits just below the joint like a chukka. The leather is very soft and the appearance is dressy. Lightweight and comfortable. I would not have ordered it if I had known the height was so low, but it appears to be typical Rockport quality, which is to say, very good.

These are the lightest boots I have ever owned. These are as light or even lighter then the shoes I have. The leather is very exceptional. I have a wide foot and ordered the 2e and these fit so nice, very pleased. These boots are very comfortable and would recommend these to anyone.
